Are you looking for a role where your analytical skills make an impact and genuinely influence decisions — not get lost in layers of management?
We’re a small but ambitious geospatial analytics consultancy working at the intersection of environmental science, data analytics, and spatial modelling. We specialise in turning complex, large-scale environmental datasets into meaningful insights that help clients understand their products and the world around them.
About the role
You’ll be working hands-on with large environmental and geospatial datasets — designing analytical workflows, building models, and producing high-quality outputs that directly inform decisions. You’ll collaborate closely with the team, contribute ideas across all stages of projects, and help shape how we grow our analytical capability.
What we’re looking for
- You love what you do — curiosity and problem-solving aren’t just part of your job, they drive you
Experience handling and analysing large datasets (environmental and spatial data ideal) - Proficiency in tools such as Python, R, R-Shiny and GIS software
- An analytical mindset with an eye for both detail and context
- Ability to work independently, communicate clearly, and think creatively
- You want to work at the edge of your comfort zone, not in the middle of it
Why join a small team?
- Freedom to innovate and explore new approaches
- Direct impact — your work won’t just be a small part of a bigger machine
- Flexibility and collaboration in an open, supportive environment
If you’d like to use your skills to make a tangible difference — and be part of something growing and dynamic — we’d love to hear from you.
